The main reason for the support for the separation is most of Scottish people are liberals whereas most in the rest of UK are conservatives. The Scots do not like to see the conservatives in power in the UK. But they are also very sensible people to know the importance of unity of the UK. There is nothing to suggest the rest of UK robs form the Scot as you have suggested. You have as always fabricated something that is not true. It is one thing to report news but it is comical when you make up stories in that.

Scotland was a Tory (British Conservative) party stronghold up until early 50s. That is 1950s! Scottish National Party won its first seat and hence started off its current forward charge with victory in Hamilton only. in the 1950s.
