இலங்கை ராணுவத்தினருக்கு இந்தியாவில் பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படுவதற்கு மத்திய அரசிற்கு பல்வேறு தரப்பிலும் எதிர்ப்புக்கள் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. இது தொடர்பாக மத்திய இணையமைச்சர் சுதர்சன நாச்சியப்பன் பதிலளித்துப் பேசியபோது, இலங்கைக்கு பயிற்சி அளிக்க இந்தியா மறுத்துவிட்டால் அவர்கள் சீனாவிடம் செல்வார்கள் , பின்னர் இந்தியாவிற்கு எதிரான எதிரிகளின் பலம் அதிகமாகி விடும் என்று கூறினார்.
புலம் பெயர நாடுகளிலிருந்தும் இலங்கையிலிருந்தும் ஈழ மக்களுக்குத் தீர்வு பெற்றுத் தருகிறோம் என்று ஒரு குழு டெல்லி சென்று வந்திருக்கிறது. இக் குழுவை டெல்லிக்கு அழைத்து மக்களுக்குத் தீர்வு வாங்கித் தருகிறோம் என்று கூறியவர் சீனப் பூச்சாண்டிகாட்டும் சுதர்சன நாச்சியப்பன் என்ற இந்திய அதிகாரவர்க்கத்தின் தமிழ் நாட்டு முகவர்.
யாருக்காக இவர்கள் தீர்வு பெற்றுத்தரப் போகிறார்கள் என்பதை சுதர்சன நாச்சியப்பன் இவ்வாறு கூறுகிறார் ‘அண்டை நாடுகளுடன் நல்லுறவை ஏற்படுத்தவே இந்தியா விரும்புகிறது .இலங்கை இன்னொரு பாகிஸ்தானாக உருவாவதை இந்தியா விரும்பவில்லை’ என்கிறார்.
இலங்கை அரசு இன்னும் ஆயிரம் இனப்படுகொலைகளை நடத்தினாலும் அவர்களுடன் நல்லுறவையே பேணிக்கொள்வோம், இலங்கை இனப்படுகொலை இராணுவத்திற்கு உதவிகள் வழங்குவோம் என்று அவர் கூறுகிறார்.
இந்தியா சென்று இதே நாச்சியப்பனோடு இணைந்து டெல்லியிலிருந்து அறிக்கைவிடுத்துவிட்டு புலம்பெயர் நாடுகளுக்கு வந்து எந்தச் சலனமுமின்றி மேடை போட்டுப் பேசுகிறார்கள்.
